Zoom, Changing share settings for cloud recordings
This document details how users can change the share settings on individual recordings, as well as new recordings in the future.
Changing the share settings for existing recordings
- Browse to https://illinois.zoom.us/recording/
- Sign In using your Illinois credentials
- Select the share arrow next to the appropriate recording, or click the recording title and go to the share button in the upper right
- The share box will pop up and display information, such as who has access, and who can access the recording with the link
- Click the gear icon in the upper right of the box to change the settings on the individual recording
- When you are done making changes, click Save.
Note: These settings can be changed per individual recording.
Changing the share settings for all new recordings
- Browse to https://illinois.zoom.us/profile/setting#tab-recording
- Sign in using your Illinois credentials
- Scroll down to the Share section, or click Share on the side menu
- Here you can change who to automatically share a recording with, require users to authenticate before viewing recordings, or require a passcode to access shared recordings
