Webstore, Purchasing 2FA tokens during Covid19

Can I still get 2FA tokens from WebStore or replace a broken one?

Yes you can. After you purchase one it will be sent to the address you specify. If you have a broken one and need a replacement please email webstore@illinois.edu and they will work with you on a replacement.

Faulty tokens will be replaced up to 6 months from the time of purchase.  Please reference your purchase receipt number when requesting a replacement.
