I am unable to log in to Safer Illinois.
"Unable to login" message when connecting your NetID
If you are presented the message "Unable to login. Please try again later." at the Connect your NetID screen for Safer Illinois, please contact the Technology Services Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. A system administrator must resolve this issue. You must contact the Technology Services Help Desk to resolve this issue before you can use Safer Illinois.
You will also need to verify your Encryption Keys and Secret QR Code have been transferred after logging in on a new device.
If you skip login using the "Not right now" option of the Connect your NetID screen, you can try again in the Settings screen later.
NOTE: Do not use the phone number login as it will not work for students and staff of UIUC.
