Office 365, Outlook for Windows & Mac, Open Shared Calendar

You can open the calendar of any other person on campus to see their publicly-viewable Free/Busy information. Units sometimes also use shared calendars for parking spots, Vacation/Sick Leave, conference rooms, and labs. Follow the steps below to open a shared calendar in Microsoft Outlook 365 for Windows and macOS.

Windows

1. In Outlook -> Calendars -> Home tab, choose "Add Calendar +", and click "Open Shared Calendar..."
