Office 365, Outlook for Windows & Mac, Open Shared Calendar
You can open the calendar of any other person on campus to see their publicly-viewable Free/Busy information. Units sometimes also use shared calendars for parking spots, Vacation/Sick Leave, conference rooms, and labs. Follow the steps below to open a shared calendar in Microsoft Outlook 365 for Windows and macOS.
Windows
1. In Outlook -> Calendars -> Home tab, choose "Add Calendar +", and click "Open Shared Calendar..."
2. In the Search box, look up a person's name, NetID, or calendar name and click "OK"
3. If there are multiple options, select the calendar you want to open and click the "Open" button
4. The calendar will open and now be listed on the left-hand column and can be toggled on and off with a checkbox
Mac
1. In Outlook -> Calendars -> Home tab, choose "Open Shared Calendar"
