How should questions and problems regarding CrashPlan be escalated?

If your issue/problem is not addressed here, customers are encouraged to email webstore@illinois.edu to create a TDX ticket.
Please include the word 'CRASHPLAN' in the subject.
If a pre-existing ticket needs to be escalated, use the following:
