The Office of Research (OR) has implemented BA4 as a financial management tool for all capacity funds. Extension has implemented the same tool for Smith Lever funds. BA4 is managed by Priority Software and is being used by many departments across campus. OR invested in this tool primarily for capacity funds but in order to accomplish this task we loaded all departments' financial data.

If departments are interested in using this tool for managing their financial portfolio, we can add business manager licenses for an inexpensive price of $449* per user and everyone will have a view access at no additional charge. The OR will cover the annual server fees.

BA4 is an appropriate replacement for ADW AFAS that was retired in January 2021.
