Team Dynamix Support on Authorization Manager - Adding Attributes
Authorization Manager will be used to support the Team Dynamix Application. Teams will be able to maintain and edit their employee memberships/attributes.
Authorization Manager Admins(IAMU or SMO) will create any folder and root folder needed. Once that has been created, the Admin assigned by the Group (i.e. Tech Service Help Desk, ITCS) will then load their employee membership list. They will also be able to directly maintain that employee list membership, privileges and assigned attributes. Link for Authorization Manager.
Authorization Manager - TeamDynamix Folder Structure
Team Dynamix is the application folder, under that folder are the Security and Services folders. The IsManager and IsNotified are defined in the attribute folder, these are then assigned to each employee record as needed. Under the policy folder, you have each Campus represented. Under each Campus, you have each Department Level. In the Department level, you would define the groups you want to sync like 2FA which is a service that is supported by IAMU.
The service folder will be created by the IAMU/Security Team. The person who is acting as the Admin for the Team will be responsible for adding the Department/Unit folder in addition to their team members/employees and setting their attributes and privileges.

Attributes:
Security has set two attributes for the TDX Folders:
- IsManager–This grants the person with this attribute the ability to approve Time and Expense for the department in TDX.
- IsNotified–This notifies the user of Tickets or Tasks that are assigned to their group or directly to them
When you open the member, you will see all the attributes assigned. To add a new attribute, you will click on the “+Assign attribute” button. The Attribute name box will be empty. You will just need to begin typing IsNotified and the box will auto-fill with the correct attribute.
Now you should see the Direct assignment of the attribute for the member.
Remove attribute:
To remove an attribute, select the Attribute Assignment under the Actions button next to the persons name. Once you are in the screen, select the Actions button and pick "Delete the attribute assignment".
