These rooms are now "Zoom Rooms" that can be directly invited to meetings in that physical space via an Outlook calendar.

   • Sharing content just in the room, or sharing content to the room during a Zoom Meeting

   • "Multi-Stream" is the preferred setting

   • Chat, host, and other Zoom controls available on the Neat Pad
