Grants & Sponsored Projects - Look Up Encumbrances
  1. Type FGIENCD in the Search field and press the ENTER key to open Detail Encumbrance Activity.
  2. Click the Search button next to the Encumbrance field. The Encumbrance List Form (FGIENCB) will display.
  3. Press the Filter key.
  4. Enter your search criteria.
  5. Click the Go button.
  6. Navigate to the Encumbrance Number field for the desired encumbrance.
  7. Double-click the Encumbrance Number field to select the encumbrance number.
  8. Click the Go button.
  9. Review the information and notice the remaining balance.
  10. Click the Close button to return to the main menu.
