Can I earn transcripted credit from the University of Illinois from courses in Canvas?
No, but many courses offer continuing education credits, as well as certificates of completion.
How do I enroll in a Catalog course?

I can’t log into my course or I can’t access my account. What can I do?
- If this is your first time logging in, please check to make sure you have completed your registration.
- If you’ve logged in before, try resetting your password.
- If you’re still having problems, chat with a Canvas support expert.
Where can I access my certificate of completion?
- If your course or program includes a certificate, you can view and download the certificate when you have completed the course or program. Certificates are issued automatically upon completion and can be viewed at any time.
- Note: When you complete a course or program with a certificate, a link to the certificate will also be emailed to you.
- On the Canvas Catalog Dashboard, click the Completed tab.
- To view the certificate in your web browser, click the View link. To download the certificate, click the Download link.
Who should I contact if there is a problem with course fee payment or if I need a refund?
