Request to Obtain UIUC Surplus Property
This form must be completed and approved prior to obtaining property. You will receive a response within three business days from when you submit the form.
The private use of University property is not permitted. No one connected with the University in any capacity may use any University property of whatever description for any personal purposes.
If you will be using the equipment offsite, you will need to complete an equipment loan form with the iSchool.
The iSchool does not provide support for any equipment, computer or otherwise, that is obtained from surplus.
