Ship Outs

DEADLINE:  2:00 pm daily (Monday - Friday)* 

For all shipments to be processed same day, a completed ship-out form and package must be brought to SCS Receiving before 2:00 pm to be completed.

    1. Complete new online shipping form
    2. All line items must be completed for processing
    3. Contact information must include:
      • Name
      • University, company, or institution
      • Address
      • Room & building
      • Phone
      • Email

    It is highly recommended that you include TWO contacts for international shipments.  The exception is if only documents are being sent.

    * Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances may affect UPS and FedEx pickup times.
