Sign in to a Yealink IP Phone, BToB

To use a Yealink IP Phone with Microsoft Teams, it must be connected to a user account either through on-screen sign-in or a computer. Follow the steps below to connect your MP56 Yealink IP Phone with Better Together over Bluetooth (BToB). Note: BToB currently does not work with "New Teams," only Teams classic.

Configure your new Yealink IP Phone:

Open Windows Settings and select "Devices" where Bluetooth is listed.

Select Devices from Windows Settings menu.

Toggle the "Bluetooth" option to On so that your Yealink phone is recognized.

Toggle bluetooth to the on position.

On your Yealink screen, select REFRESH CODE.

Open a web browser. Optional: open a Private/Incognito browser window for for a fresh login session.

Open a new incognito window in settings.

Go to aka.ms/devicelogin and enter the code you see on your Yealink screen in the space provided.

Microsoft's Enter the code displayed on your app or device.

Select your account in the "Authentication Broker" window and click continue.

Close the window to open the Home screen on your Yealink phone.
