Illinois AnyWare, Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)

Illinois AnyWare requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) for any login. You will be shown a Duo Security prompt after selecting a desktop.

Already Enrolled

If your account already has a Duo device available, you'll see a prompt as the desktop launches:

the Duo prompt, asking for the user's response from one of a list of devices

Not Yet Enrolled

If your account is not enrolled in Duo/MFA when you attempt to launch a desktop, you'll instead be shown an error message stating "Access is not allowed because you are not enrolled in Duo."
