Already Enrolled
If your account already has a Duo device available, you'll see a prompt as the desktop launches:
Not Yet Enrolled
If your account is not enrolled in Duo/MFA when you attempt to launch a desktop, you'll instead be shown an error message stating "Access is not allowed because you are not enrolled in Duo."
You won't be able to use Illinois AnyWare until this is set up for your account. Follow the instructions here: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Enrollment
