The work worklist pulls in a significant amount of data when run. To limit wait times, the balances are not auto-recalculated.  Please use the Recalculate Aging button to run a recall. 

In-Patient Charges

• In-patient charges are not stored in the AR table, so should not be listed on the AR Worklist.  We only show the View on accounts that have an inpatient to help out with collections.
• Only posted charges (outpatient charges are posted directly -- in-patient charges are not posted until the patient is discharged) show in the AR Worklist.
