UPB – Adding and Removing Proxy Users in Web Time Entry

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to add proxy users to employee timesheets.
  1. Log in to the Employee Dashboard.
  2. Select Approve Time.
  3. Select Proxy Super User.

To Add a New Proxy User

  1. Select Add a new proxy.
  2. Select the employee from the drop-down menu to add as a proxy.
    NOTE: To conduct a search of employees, begin typing the last name of the employee and choose from the list.

To Remove a Proxy User

  1. Select the users to remove as a proxy.
    NOTE: You can remove multiple proxy users.
  2. Select Delete Proxies.
  3. Select Yes on the dialog box.
