The "rollback" issue is due to the port UDP 6001 being occupied by another program. LabView also uses this port, so check your computer to see if LabView is also installed.

CHEMCAD requires UDP 6001 to be available during installation; the SuperPro dongle driver (Sentinel Protection Server) requires this port for communication.

Download the TCPView tool from Microsoft to easily check for another process that is using port 6001.

Once you have located the process that is using port 6001, kill the process. You may then proceed to complete your ChemCad installation.
