Departments/Administrative Units:
Staff at Engineering are encouraged to continue to utilize the Wiki as their units see fit. If assistance is needed with migrating your unit’s wiki space, please see *page about migrating wiki space* or feel free to reach out to us.
Research Groups:
Research groups can continue to utilize the Wiki as their groups see fit. There are some exceptions on who in your research group will be allowed edit access to your space. For more information, see *page about who receives certain permissions to the new wiki*
Non-Eligible Use Cases:
Classes/Campus Courses:
Courses are not eligible for hosting on the new Illinois Wiki. If you would like assistance with finding alternatives for hosting your class content, please contact us at engrit-help@illinois.edu. We will provide assistance with utilizing platforms such as Canvas.
Registered Student Organizations (RSOs):
Registered Student Organizations are not eligible for hosting content on the new Illinois Wiki. Student Organizations are encouraged to take a look at https://wikioptions.web.illinois.edu/ for suggested alternatives.
