TeamDynamix, Enhancement Requests

Twice a year, the TeamDynamix (TDX) Collaborative Board (CB) collects and prioritizes our Top 10 enhancement requests to send to the vendor. Please refer to this article to view the current enhancement requests we have asked TDX to consider implementing. Ticketing

  • Allow Automation Rules to run after Ticket creation
  • Add new custom attribute field types and/or validation
  • Contact field should Notify on ticket creation

Email Service

  • Unsupported email attachments are silently dropped

Ticket Workflows

  • Utilize System Date within Workflows

Knowledgebase

  • Distributed administration of knowledge in a single client portal

Notifications/Outbound Email

  • Provide asset/CI template tag for notifications

Assets/Configuration Items

  • Provide the ability to edit relationships in bulk on the detail relationships tab or some other administrative location in the software
  • Add a Family and Class standard attribute for CMDB

Project Request Workflows

  • Add a remove option for project request workflow steps
