Identity and Access Management, Departmental Shared Email accounts - Error when using old form
I can’t access the Group Alias Management page I had bookmarked. Also, I get an error message “unable to connect” when trying to extend a group alias or update the proxies using the link from the email I received a few weeks ago.
- I need to update my proxies, but I can’t use the bookmark I had before.

- You can always email IAMU directly techservices-iamu@illinois.edu with the Departmental Shared Email Alias (group alias) name and name of changing proxies
- I need to extend a Departmental Shared Email alias, but I can’t use the email I received (within the last 3 weeks) to do so.
- You can always email IAMU directly techservices-iamu@illinois.edu with the Departmental Shared Email Alias (formerly group alias) name and if the Departmental Shared email needs to be extended for six months, one year or two years.
- I need to request a new Group Alias, but my bookmarked link isn’t working.
