Zoom, Scheduler

This article describes the Zoom Scheduler tool and details where to find help.

The Zoom Scheduler is a booking tool that allows Zoom meeting participants to schedule meetings with you. 

The Zoom Scheduler will be made available to all Illinois Zoom users within the main Illinois Zoom tenant (illinois.zoom.us) on July 9th, 2024.  This feature requires the purchase of an additional license at the Illinois WebStore.

Limitations of Zoom Scheduler

  • Additional license must be purchased at the Illinois WebStore
  • Zoom Scheduler currently only supports integrating with one calendar service at a time.
  • At launch, Zoom Scheduler is available in all regions, but only supports English.
