Changing Microphone and Webcam Input/Output in Zoom
How to change default webcam and microphone for meetings. Instructions made using Zoom 6.1.6. Further versions may look slightly different.
- Open Zoom and click on the gear icon in the top right
- Click on "Video" or "Audio" to change settings
- Video: Click the drop down menu and select the correct camera

- Audio
- Speaker: Click the drop down menu and select the correct speaker
- Click "Test speaker" to check if the speakers are working. Adjust the volume with the blue slider if necessary
- Microphone: Click the drop down menu and select the correct microphone
- Click "Test mic" and talk as you normally would on a call. Adjust the volume as necessary. Uncheck the "Automatically adjust microphone volume" if you want to do this manually.
