Changing Microphone and Webcam in Microsoft Teams

How to select webcam and microphone for Microsoft Teams.
  1. Click the three dots (...) on the top bar. It should be toward the top right of the screen, to the left of notifications and your profile picture.
  2. Click "Settings."

  3. Click "Devices" under "Captions and transcripts."

  4. Click on the drop down menu for speaker or microphone and select the device you want to use.
  5. Test that these work by clicking "Make a test call." You will be prompted to speak and it should be played back to you.

  6. You can also change these settings during a meeting by clicking the drop down arrow (⌄ ) next to "Camera" or "Mic" during a call. Clicking "More audio settings" or "More video effects and settings" will give you more options such as music mode or more background choices.
