Teams, Yealink IP Phone will not boot after failed firmware update
This article describes how to resolve an issue with Yealink MP-series IP phones that fail a firmware update.
Some Yealink MP-series IP Phones may have issues booting up after updating to firmware version 122.15.10.157. To help resolve the issue, Yealink has issued a newer firmware which must be loaded via Recovery Mode (USB Recovery). The public Box link below has documentation on how to get into recovery mode, as well as a copy of the newer 122.15.0.160 firmware update.
