Login:

• Open Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
• Navigate to the Korbyt Login page: https://www.korbyt.com/login.

• Click the Azure AD button and enter your university email and password.
• Once logged in, you'll see the Korbyt Home page. For any login issues, please contact helpdesk@ahs.illinois.edu.

Media Manager:

• Click the mega menu (hamburger icon) at the top left.

• Go to Content > Media Manager.

• Ensure the folder hierarchical structure (folder tree) is visible by clicking the light blue button.

• Use the folder tree on the left side of the webpage to locate the correct folder. You may need to use the scroll bar to navigate up, down, left, and right to see all the information.
  • For example, under Root, navigate to Unit Content Folder, then College of Applied Health Sciences, and select the appropriate folder (e.g., AHS Chez Veterans Center). Ensure the folder is selected, indicated by a light blue highlight.

• Scroll to the top of the webpage and click the dark blue button to Import Media.
• On the Import Media screen, review the information on the right side:
  • Folder: Ensure the location is correct for your upload.
  • Tag: Add a specific AHS tag. (e.g., ahs-cvc).

• Click Browse to select files from your computer (including Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Box Drive, etc.).
  • If you need to browse from Box on the web using the dark blue button at the bottom right, please contact helpdesk@ahs.illinois.edu to discuss procedures, especially if you have Box with Protected Health Information.
• Once you have uploaded an image to the Media Manager, you can easily set a validity date to manage its availability.

• Click the pencil icon to edit the Media Detail. There are two validity date options that can be set: Start Date and End Date. You can set one or both.

• If a media item has expired, the pencil icon in the Media Manager will display an exclamation point next to it.
