UPAY - Department Card Manager: TCard Application

This article provides step-by-step instructions for completing the TCard Application.

All participants must have an active Adobe Sign Profile.

  1. The Department Card Manager (DCM) selects the card application link on the website.
    1. Complete the required fields on the form.
    2. Submit the application.
  2. In a new window, DCM enters the cardholder’s information under Participant 2 and enters the department head’s information under Participant 3.
    NOTE: University emails must be used. System employees must use their Illinois.edu email.
    1. Select Next.
    2. Enter your Name and Email.
    3. Select Submit.
    4. Adobe Sign will send a confirmation email to your email.
    5. Confirm your email address.
  3. The cardholder receives an email with a link to the application.
    1. Select the link and sign into Adobe Sign.
    2. Complete the form and submit it.
  4. The Department Head will receive an email with a link to the application.
      1. Sign in to Adobe Sign and will be prompted to Review and Sign.
      2. Select Submit.
  5. DCM receives an email that the application has been signed.
  6. DCM will use the link in the email to open the application and download the PDF and the Audit Report.
  7. DCM emails the application and audit report to Card Services and retains the application.
