SANDI - Charge Lists (Previously called Procedure Packages, Bundles, Worklists, etc.)

Charge Lists, previously called Procedure Packages, Bundles, Work-lists, etc., a list of procedures, inventory items/supplies and/or medications that will automatically pull in the preset list of charges for commonly repeated procedures. Within SANDI you can select a Charge List and all associated charges will be presented. -You can have certain charges within a package set to be automatically checked for items always used in that package or have them optional. -You can also preset the quantity of an item.

    Add Charge List

    1. Select Add Charge List.

    2. Select the correct Service to display available packages. You can scroll down to see more.  (In our example, we chose Oncology)

    Important Note: You can cancel at anytime.  This will REMOVE the charges and go back to the Charges Screen.

    3. Select the procedure package you want to add. Scroll to see more. (In our example we chose ONC Biopsy 1.)

    4. The list of items within the package will be displayed. 

    1. Items that were defaulted to "always be included" will have a check by default. (If you would like to make changes to the items always included please email his@vetmed.illinois.edu)
    2. Auto Charges (previously called roll-in or expands), are charges that will be automatically added when a specific charge is included.

      1. Anytime the charge [ONC82] Oncology Biopsy I is used, the following will ALWAYS be added automatically.

        • S9] SAS Wound Pack (x1)

        • [DX886] DX Small (<3 inches) Biopsy (x1)

        • [ONC30] Oncology Drugs and Supplies (x1)

    3. Modify any quantitities needed.
    4. Select Add Selected to Cart or Alt+1
    5. Go to your cartcart to view all items added.

    6. You can edit or, if everything looks good, select Add Charges to Account or Alt+1, and all charges will appear under the patient charge list.
