UAFR - Labor Redistributions on FY26 State Funds During the Lapse Period
Biweekly (BW) Employees
The following labor charges are eligible for redistribution during the lapse period processed against the following state funds.
- FY26 State Fund
- 2026 BW13 or Prior
- BW14 (Effective Date <7/1/26)
- FY27 State Fund
- BW14 (Effective Date > or = 7/1/26)
- Later Pay Events
9/12 Employees
The following labor charges are eligible for redistribution during the lapse period processed against the following state funds. (Please Note: 9/12 employees are those who have an employee classification (also known as eclass) of AA, AB, BC, or BD).
- FY26 State Fund
- 2026 MN6 or Prior
- FY27 State Fund
- MN7 (Effective Date < 7/1/26)
- MN7 (Effective Date > or = 7/1/26)
- Later Pay Events
Non 9/12 Employees
The following labor charges are eligible for redistribution during the lapse period processed against the following state funds.
- FY26 State Fund
- 2026 MN6 or Prior
- MN7 (Effective Date < 7/1/26)
- FY27 State Fund
- MN7 (Effective Date > or = 7/1/26)
- Later Pay Events
Key Considerations
To ensure a labor redistribution posts during August business without any errors, the following parameters must be met by 5:00 PM on Friday, 9/4/26:
- The labor redistribution must be dated with an August posting date, and
- The labor redistribution must be at disposition 60 (i.e., fully processed by the user) by 5:00 PM on 9/4/26.
