Banner - Payroll - Time Entry - PHATIME - Slow response time

Response time in form PHATIME is much slower than usual. The hourglass cursor appears for long stretches of time during entry of time reporting.

PHATIME tends to slow down because of excessive activity on days when timesheet reports and adjustments are due.
