How do I check my Exchange Online quota?

To check your Exchange Online quota, log into the Outlook Web App at https://outlook.office365.com.
Once logged in
  • click the gear icon in the upper-right corner
  • click the link "View all Outlook settings"
  • click on "General" in the left column
  • click on "Storage" in the middle column
This will show the amount of storage used and what is remaining. These are firm limits and cannot be adjusted on a per-user basis.
