RightFax, Requesting a New RightFax Account

This page contains instructions for Pinnacle Department Managers for requesting new RightFax group accounts in Pinnacle.

What you’ll need

  • Your department number
  • NetID (for Individual Account) or sAMAccountName (for Group Account) 
  • RightFax Fax Receiving Options and Email address for fax notifications
  • Department CFOP/account number for the Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC)

Logging into Pinnacle

  1. Direct your browser to https://go.illinois.edu/pinnacle (requires either an on campus network connection or the VPN) and click Urbana-Champaign.
  2. Log in with your NetID and Active Directory password and submit request for "New" service.  See quick guide on how to request new service.
