How do I log into NESSIE? OR How do I change my address and phone number information in NESSIE?
The My UI Info service (formerly referenced as NESSIE) is located at https://www.hr.uillinois.edu/myinfo.
This site uses your NetID and password. Once logged in, it will also ask for a PIN. You may create one if you do not already have one by clicking on the 'reset or create my pin' link below the box and following the instructions given in order to further verify your identity.
Depending on what you are trying to view or change you may need to also authenticate with 2FA.
If you are unable to log in with your NetID and password, than you should contact the Technology Services Help Desk at 244-7000 in order to resolve that problem.
However, once you are logged in, you should consult the help material provided on the website or, for more technical questions and problems, contact the their Help Desk at 333-6747 or hric-urbana@uillinois.edu.
