Email, Spam Control, How to release a message from quarantine or digest

How do I release a message from the Spam Control quarantine or check my digest?

If you need to request a digest you can login and request one here:

You will receive a email with a list of the emails that were caught by the spam filter and added to your quarantine list.   Each message will have a spam score, the from address, subject, date and three action options.   e.g.

spam control email options

  • Release - release the message from quarantine and send it to my inbox.
  • Release and Allow Sender - release the email to my inbox and put sender on my safelist.
  • Not Spam - release the email to my inbox and report the email as a 'false positive'.  A copy of the email will be sent to the vendor for evaluation and re-scoring.

Note:  Releasing and Safe listing email messages will allow them to pass through Spam Control. The messages may be caught by other anti-spam software or filters installed on your inbox (local, exchange, etc...) and still get flagged as spam.
