Webstore, Refunds for Software Purchases
I purchased the wrong software. Can I return it for a refund?
In most cases, if the software is unopened and uninstalled and you purchased it in the previous 30 days, you can return it for a refund.
This policy does not apply to eText offers that state they are non-refundable.
Please email your refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org with your WebStore order/receipt number and the date of your purchase.
