University Housing, Space Reservation System
The Housing EMS Space Reservation portal can be used to view available meeting spaces, view an events calendar, and reserve available space in Housing residence halls. Housing residents and University Housing staff are able to use this system. Other customers must be co-sponsored by a member of Housing.
The Illinois Housing space reservation system has moved from https://space.housing.illinois.edu/emswebapp/ to https://east.mymazevo.com. Please use the new Mazevo website to submit your Housing Space reservation requests.
At the Mazevo website, enter your Illinois email address to log in. If you forgot your Illinois password, you can reset it at the NetID center website by following the steps found here: NetID Center, How do I change my NetID Password?
Note: If you are having login troubles with the Mazevo website not related to your Illinois NetID or password, please contact the Housing Service Desk at 217-333-1406 for assistance.
