Illinois Compass 2g, Temporary Scope Error on Session Timeout

redirecting.... When a browser session to Illinois Compass 2g times out (usually after session inactivity exceeding 3 hours), and the student tries to continue the session by clicking within it, they may be presented with a "red bar error" stating:

TEMPORARY scope is unavailable.
For reference, the Error ID is 63147ec2-2c........ <-this is a long ID
Wednesday, June 15........ <-this is the client date/time of the event

To correct this:
- close the erroring tab or the entire browser window
- open a new tab or browser window
- navigate to https://compass2g.illinois.edu
- provide your logon credentials
