How do I download discussion board posts in PDF format?

Discussions can be saved as a PDF using print preview.

  1. Log in to your Blackboard Learn course site.
  2. Click on your menu item for Discussion Board.
  3. The list of Discussion Forums will open, browse to the forum in question.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Edit Paging, then enter maximum value of entries, and click Go.
  5. Place checkmarks in the boxes next to the messages that you wish to print and then press the button labeled Collect.
  6. These can be re-ordered based on a number of options including by date, by student etc.
  7. Click on Print Preview, and then select Save as PDF under printer options.
