Illinois Contract System (iCS) - Error: Unable to process sign-on

This document provides suggestions on how to handle an "unable to process sign-on" message in iCS.


When clicking a link received in email to view or approve an item in iCS, after entering your NetID credentials you receive a message similar to:



Restart your browser and log into the Illinois Contract System using the main URL:

Upon successful login, you will be able to carry out the task indicated in the email.  If you continue to receive this error message, verify with your Unit Security Contact (USC) that you have proper access to use the iCS system.
