ATLAS FormBuilder - Changing a Form's URL

This tutorial explains how to change the URL of a FormBuilder form's survey view.

The URL for the administrative view of a FormBuilder form is based on its unit, form group, and form ID, and cannot be customized. On the other hand, the survey view of every form has a unique URL, and this URL can be modified at any time.

To change to URL of a form...

Step 1 – Navigate to your form's dashboard and click Manage in the header for the "Form Properties" section.
