AV Troubleshooting - Displayed Image "Stuck" or "Frozen"

How to troubleshoot a projector that is "stuck" or "frozen" on an image

Try restarting the projector or AV system.
On the projector remote (if available), find the "Freeze" or "Freeze Image" button and try that.

Note: This problem is most like the projector "freeze" function which works similarly to video mute but pauses on a single frame instead of blacking out the image.
