Transfer a ticket in TeamDynamix
Change responsibility for the ticket to UIUC-TechServices-WSAA Infrastructure (Group).
Send an email to WSAAsupport@illinois.edu to create a ticket for the WSAA Infrastructure group.

Call the Tech Services Help Desk at 217-244-7000 and ask for WSAA After Hours support. This option is only for emergencies. Calls will be handled by the Help Desk by calling WSAA members listed in the Contacts Database.
