ACES Digital Signage: Getting Started (Start here!)

This document is a spring board for users wanting to get started with ACES digital signs

ACES Digital Signage Overview

There are 23+ digital signs in ACES that are running, and being managed by, a software suite called Four Winds. In order to manage these signs, you must have connections to:

1. The remote signage server

The remote signage server hosts a program called "Content Manager" which is used to manage the signs and their content. Information on how to connect to this remote server can be seen here.
and

2. The shared signage drive

This shared drive is a network file share where sign content files must be stored. Information on how to connect to the signage drive can be seen here.
Once you have access to both of these, you can then start creating and deploying content to signs. Information on how to create and deploy content can be see here.

For Outside-ACES Content Creation

Please see this document for
directions on how outside audiences can create and share content for display on ACES digital signs.
