Adding Room Calendars to your Outlook
The following article explains how to add room calendars to your Outlook.
Adding Room Calendars to Outlook
Open Outlook and go to your Calendar.
- Right click on My Calendar.
- Select Add Calendar.
- Select from Address Book.
- In the search bar (upper left corner) type vet med bsb to highlight it. (you always type vet med and then the building to see that buildings rooms. For example:
- Vet Med BSB
- Vet Med SAC
- Vet Med LAC
- Vet Med South Clinic
- Select Calendar (lower left corner) to add it.
- Select OK.
You will now be able to add and edit items on the calendar from within your Outlook My Calendars.
