General Information
MECM includes many predefined reports with the default installation. Please click here for instructions on how to run a report. Click here to view the default list of reports that are included with MECM. If a report is not visible in the console, contact the EPS team to enable the report.
Custom reports are located at \Monitoring\Overview\Reporting\Reports\Useful Reports in the console. Right-click the column headers and select 'Description'. We recommend trying out the 'Device Audit by Collection' report which includes data from the campus Lens service.
For custom report requests, they are highly dependent on what data you want listed in the report and how that information is stored in the MECM database. Send custom report requests to the EPS team and a member of the MECM team can work with you to identify what you want in your report, or identify if the required data is contained in an existing report.
