NOTE: If you are part of a College of Department that is in the Illinois Zoom Consortium and you have a Pro License waiting to be claimed.  Please ensure you log into <  illinois.zoom.us  > with your netid and password.  Your college or department code will be scanned during each login attempt and you should be granted a Pro level license. 

Reasons to Upgrade:

Pro Licenses...
  1. Are necessary for hosting Zoom meetings longer than 40 minutes and more than 100 participants. 
  2. Allow you to store your meeting recordings in the cloud
  3. Allow you to run reports on your meeting history and collect 
  4. Provides Skype for Business (Lync) interoperability (connector)
  5. Includes Custom Personal meeting ID
  6. Allows you to assign privileged Scheduler

Individual Pro Licenses

Individual Pro Licenses can be purchased at the Webstore by going clicking [HERE]
  • users only need to purchase the base offer to upgrade to Pro (host meetings for longer than 40 minutes)
  • the next time the user properly logs into Zoom with their Illinois NetID credentials, the Pro License should be applied

College or Department Group Licenses

Colleges and Departments can become a part of the Zoom Consortium by reaching out to the Webstore directly.  Click [HERE] to open a ticket with the Webstore.

Zoom Room and Optional Add-Ons

Individuals who wish to upgrade their Zoom service to increase meeting size, include webinars (of various sizes), or setup a Zoom Room can do so by clicking [HERE]
