This article describes EPS policy for unsupported client operating systems in MECM.

General Information
Microsoft does not support using MECM with client operating systems that are beyond their current support lifecycle. This includes operating systems that are in an Extended Security Update program. Therefore, EPS does not support this configuration and recommends that IT Pros upgrade their unsupported endpoints to a supported operating system in order to continue leveraging MECM.
