This page allows you to view drafts as well as in-progress and past agreements in Adobe Sign.
Adobe Sign can be accessed here: https://go.uillinois.edu/esign.
The Manage page can be accessed by clicking on Manage in the top tab menu of Adobe Sign seen below:
The left-hand column contains the stages at which an agreement can be depending on certain circumstances. Below is a description of each section and what it contains.
In Progress - When an agreement has been sent but not all recipients have signed or approved the agreement
Waiting for You - Where agreements are waiting for you to act upon it. (When you are one of the recipients)
You can create an agreement and be a recipient simultaneously.
Completed - Completed agreements that include an option where you can view the report of it here and any subsequent data.
You can download a pdf of any agreement and view the Audit Report timeline attached to the end of the document. You also can download separate parts of the agreement, such as said Audit Report and Form Field Data.
Canceled - Location of agreements canceled by the host or recipients.
Expired - Location for expired agreements due to no action being taken by the recipient(s) to sign or act upon it.
Archived - When the agreement is no longer needed but you want to keep record of the agreement far into the future.
Draft - When an agreement is being drafted.
Here you have the option to continue editing the agreement or cancel it.
Templates - Location for you and your groups saved templates. Templates can be created when you are editing your agreement and the Save as Template checkbox is check-marked.
Web Form - Location for creating and embedding a web form into a website for easy transfer of an individual from your site to an Adobe Sign form to fill out.
Mega Sign - For sending out an agreement to multiple individuals separately.
