ACES Conference Rooms - 221 Mumford
In the 221 Mumford Hall conference room, presenters can use the room PC or present wirelessly from a laptop, tablet, or phone with the Barco ClickShare system. Follow the instructions below to switch between each device.
Select Video Input
On the Remote, press the button to change inputs and use the arrows to choose the input for the device you want
Select DP for the Room PC
Select HDMI / MHL 2 for the ClickShare
Presenting from a laptop
Insert ClickShare button into laptop USB port
Windows: Open File Explorer, scroll down on the left, and select the ClickShare. Click to connect.
Mac: Open the ClickShare disk image and double-click the ClickShare utility
When the ClickShare button light stops flashing white, push the button. It will turn red, and your screen will be displayed on the conference monitor.
When finished, eject the ClickShare button and place it back in the tray.
Presenting from a USB flash drive
Insert the USB drive into the front of the computer
Navigate to the drive in File Explorer and open your presentation
Use the wireless keyboard and mouse to present
When finished, close your presentation and eject the USB drive
