Adobe Creative Cloud - Subscription Renewal

Starting February 29, 2020, Adobe licensing for older versions of Creative Cloud applications will change. This document describes how to check your license status and what to do if you see a warning about your subscription ending.

ACES IT Pros have been working diligently to upgrade everyone to the latest Adobe CC applications. However, if you still have the older version, you will need to take a few steps to continue using it.
1. To check your license status, open Adobe Acrobat DC or any other Adobe CC program (i.e. Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
2. In the top-right corner, look for the Sign In icon.
If it looks like this - Image of blue Adobe icon indicating you are signed in - you are already signed in, and you're done!
If it looks like this - Image of Sign In button- you will need to purchase the free offer from Webstore and then sign in to Creative Cloud.
4. The following day, your subscription will be activated.
5. Open any Adobe app and sign in with your Enterprise ID.
