Notes:

We highly recommend using the laptop provided in the room for easy access to the microphone and camera. The whole unit can be move on the rollable cart if needed.

If you really need to use your personal laptop, we recommend unplugging the VAVA plug and leaving all components in the hub so that they don't get lost. If your laptop doesn't have a USB C port, please contact us in advnace and we can provide adapters or a different hub.

Please remember to put the cart back in the corner near the display control panel, taking care to make sure that the cords are not trapped in the wheels or under the cart.
